Saturday Racing

The Butterfly fleet races every Saturday all year round. First warning signal is at 10:30 a.m. (March through November) and at noon (December through February).
Check our website (top right corner) to see who has race duty and if there are any training drills scheduled for a given Saturday.
Lasers and Sunfish are welcome and we encourage them to join us on the line every Saturday. We use a 5 minute starting sequence and, depending on the number of boats, each fleet may get their own start.
Please note: The Butterfly fleet is always racing and keeping score. If you do not have enough racers in your fleet, you are still welcome to start with the Butterflys but we ask that you try not to interfere with the racers in a manner that will affect the outcome of their racing.
The Butterfly fleet has two fleet boats available for use so that you may join us on Saturdays. Please come by White Rock Boat Club to speak to someone about reserving a fleet boat.
