A bit windy and cold today. Tom and Amber were wearing out the rescue boat’s hoist going up and down as people decided to sail and then decided against it as the gusts hit 28.
Bruce just couldn’t resist taking out his newly acquired boat from Tom D and checking out his repairs to see if they would hold up in the wind. We all waived goodbye from the docks, then most of us retreated into the clubhouse to watch him buzz around for a bit while a few others got the rescue boat ready (again).
As expected by all but Bruce, there was no tipping, capsize or rescue required and we all got to watch a pro in action. He makes it look soooo easy.
Thank you to all who came out and signed cards for Nancy. You truly brightened her day and she was very appreciative.
