REMEMBERING NANCY

Nancy Graham passed away this morning. The picture to the left is of her with Ellen the day she got her new Sunfish. She also purchased a Butterfly but she never got to sail either boat.
Fortunately, she was able to take the Butterfly fleet boats out a few times and even test drive a Laser and Sunfish. After she got sick, she cherished those memories and talked about everyone often and enjoyed hearing all the goings on in the sailing community.
This year, as you get out and race, give some thought to dedicating a race to Nancy and, for her sake, make it a point to enjoy every second that you have the privilege of being on the water, whether you're in first or last place. We're all very lucky to be able to sail.
