LEUKEMIA CUP REGATTA (THIS WEEKEND)

This weekend is the annual Leukemia Cup Regatta for centerboard boats at White Rock Lake put on by the Corinthian Sailing Club.  The proceeds benefit the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society to help fight blood-related cancers. 

NOTICE OF RACE 

This has been a well attended event in the past and I believe there are several fleet members planning to sail their Butterflys.  Please help donate to this cause by registering and sailing.  Even if you don’t plan to sail, a registration is still a donation to the cause. 

Also, there will be a silent auction for various donated items.  The Butterfly fleet has donated two entry fees to the Butterfly Nationals being held at White Rock Lake in June.  If you are planning to sail in the Nationals, please consider bidding on these items which are valued at $45 each.  If you have already registered and paid for your Nationals registration, you can still bid on these entry fees and if you win, the fleet will give you a refund of any fees you’ve paid previously.
